We present you with an eclectic collection of cover versions originally written and performed by 80s icons A Flock Of Seagulls, Army Of Lovers, Depeche Mode, Beastie Boys and Den Harrow, 90s alt rockers Deftones and Korn, industrial scene legends Grendel and And One, dating back as far as 1975 with seminal electro pioneers Kraftwerk all the way through to Nicki Minaj shaking her booty just a couple of years ago.

Well, we set the minimum price for downloading this album to $1 rather than “free” because EVEN IF you give “cover” songs away free you STILL have a legal obligation to pay the composer(s) of each track the statutory $0.091 due under Mechanical Copyright laws. On an 11 track album that adds up to just over $1 – so that is just our minimum legal obligation, not even considering any “production costs”.

It’s been just over 2 years now since the original release of CYGNOSIC’s “Fire And Forget” – an album which swiftly surged to become DWA’s biggest selling release ever.
The first DWA title to comprehensively break through the four-figure barrier – by shifting over 800 units on download alone, plus hundreds more on CD – and generating close to 1 million streams, the time has come for a collector’s item 2CD reissue of this contemporary dark electro classic.

“Fire And Forget” features the official single “Crawl” (released as now nearly-sold-out 12” vinyl picturedisc format), “This Is the Night” (filmed for CYGNOSIC’s second official promo video) plus the hugely-popular Italo-disco cover “Mad Desire” which generated massive worldwide interest via YouTube after being used by Miguel Valenzuela as the soundtrack for his bodybuilding biopic of the same name about Calum von Moger (close to 4 million views).

Presented in 2CD jewelcase with 12-panel fold-out lyric booklet and carton sleeve overcase, the 2CD Memorial Edition of “Fire And Forget” comprises of the original 17-track DWA CD release as CD1 (including remixes by FGFC820, GRENDEL and AAIMON as bonus tracks), and a 15-track CD2 which compiles the remainder of the “Remix And Reflect” album (previously available only in digital format) with the 3 non-album b-sides of the “Crawl” EP (previously available only on 12” and digitally) including “Light” which was later shot as the third CYGNOSIC promo video.

This definitive 32-track “Fire And Forget (2CD Memorial Edition)” is strictly limited to 100 copies only, all individually hand numbered on the inside of the traycard.
